Supervision

for maintaining wellbeing in your people helping role

Reflective Professional Supervision

"Reflective supervision is like a base camp where you come to rest, replenish, reflect, and then re-emerge, ready to go again.” Weld (2023).

If you work in a people-helping role of any kind, my desire is to give you a confidential and neutral space external to your organisation where you can safely unpack and reflectively explore the nuances and tensions of your work without fear of judgement.

Reflective Professional Supervision (RPS) can occur confidentially regardless of any line management or clinical supervision you may already be receiving. It differs from both.

In reflective supervision, you gain fresh perspectives, renewed clarity, transformational insights, and are unbiasedly supported with anything work-related that you bring to each session.

This may include tensions within your soul, interpersonal factors such as the clients you support or the people you work with, or stressors due to your work context and environment.

Whatever it is, my role is to help you stay fresh in your calling by enhancing your capacity for professional fulfilment and related personal wellbeing.

I will tailor each supervision session to your desired outcome by utilising reflective supervision modalities that are best suited to your learning style and unique needs for that session.

I am unbiased and objective, empathic and supportive, with decades of lived experience and understanding of the challenges which people-helpers and pastoral leaders encounter.
