Professional supervision provides a confidential and neutral space external to your organisation where you can safely unpack and reflectively explore the nuances and tensions of your work without fear of judgement or reprisal.

You will be unbiasedly supported with anything work-related that you bring to each session.

This may include tensions within yourself, interpersonal factors such as the clients you support or the people you work with, or stressors due to your work context and environment.

Reflective professional supervision is a supportive space where you can stay fresh in your calling by enhancing your capacity for professional fulfilment and related personal wellbeing.

Sessions are tailored to your desired outcome by utilising reflective supervision models that are best suited to your learning style and unique needs for that session.

You will come away with fresh perspectives, renewed clarity, or transformational insights that you can immediately begin applying.

What is your fee and why is it cheaper than other professional supervisors?

My fee is $90 for 1hr.

I am passionate about supporting those that support others, and deliberately keep my fees affordable so that people helpers may proactively care for their own wellbeing.

Student and concession rates are also available; so please enquire.

I already receive supervision from my line manager. How is this different?

Reflective professional supervision can be partaken in regardless of any line management or clinical supervision you may already be receiving with your organisation. It is different because it is completely neutral, and occurs externally and confidentially. Nothing gets reported back to your organisation. That means you can be completely honest about how the work is affecting you, how you are affecting the work, and where any tensions exist at the edges of your soul, your role, or your context.

My organisation pays for me to partake in professional supervision. Can they be directly invoiced?

I request that you make payment and then seek reimbursement from your organisation. Payment is required prior to your first session, and within 24hrs after any subsequent sessions. EFT or credit card accepted. A tax receipt will be emailed.

Is professional supervision a one-off kind of thing?

Sessions are available as one-off or as regular and ongoing.

Many supervisees like to invest 5-10 sessions per year into their professional wellbeing, and I therefore offer blocks of 5 for a 10% discount.
