I offer professional counselling that honours the complexities of your challenge while holding unwavering belief in the strength and resilience of the human spirit.
My own strength, faith and resilience were put to the test when I went through chemotherapy for cancer several years ago. As I discovered, it wasn’t just a matter of recovering physically, but of processing the trauma and purposefully pursuing the wellbeing of my heart, mind and spirit.
That experience inspired in me the desire to support others whose wellbeing was suffering due to varying circumstances. I devoted the next three years to studying my Master of Counselling so that I would have the professional skills to do just that.
“Therapy” by means of artificial intelligence can never replace being truly seen and heard by another human being who has experienced the highs and lows of life just like you, and who recognises your story is unique.
I will hold a compassionate space as an empathetic witness to the pain or challenges you are currently experiencing, and together, we will find your inner strengths and a way forward. I would be honoured to support you.
